Ford Focus Bumper Cost

Had a tip this morning going work, ran into the back of a focus and damaged the bumper. In fairness to the girl she was sound about it and she took my details so I'd pay for the repairs. However, she got a quote today to replace the bumper and it was €920 but they said they would do it for €700 cash.

I think this seems very expensive to replace a bumper. Would anyone have any idea how much this would cost to fix or know somewhere in South Dublin that would repair it for less?

    Thanks,
    Bener.

If you think they are screwing you just let the insurance companies deal with it.

New bumper + respray to match paint 700 seems not far off

Most of the cost will be spraying the bumper and fitting it (they don't come sprayed) I know 700 euro is a lot of money and all. But as you said she was sound about it so dragging her around Dublin looking for quotes isn't really fair on her. I'd just pay the money and move on.

€700 sounds about right to be fair.

As you crashed into the focus driver, they have the final say in where it gets fixed.
