Cheap poster framing

i bought a couple of those large posters that ya see in music stores, dont wanna blu tac em to the wall ha, wanna get a cheap plain black frame for them, anyone any ideas where i could get them done? im in the kilkenny carlow area

homebase in Waterford have lovely big frames, a1 and smaller, both budget and nice ones.
