    Looking for anyone who has been here before to recommend a location to watch from. I'd be willing to spring for a grandstand ticket if it meant a much better viewing angle.

    I was in Assen for Rossi's 100th win in 2009 and just wandered around the perimeter fencing to watch from a few different corners. Unfortunately Rossi celebrated on the opposite side of the track but overall it was a good time.

    I'm planning well ahead for this one as part of a late honeymoon holiday in Italy and the wife agreed to include this romantic stop off :D

    You are restricted to the area you have bought the ticket for at the misano circuit unlike eg Assen. The local security are very strict on this !

    I watched the race from grandstand B but found the view restricted and felt that
    I would have got a better view at one of the pratos - though you would want to get there very early.

    I should also add that tickets are discounted when purchased early.
