Working hours & Lunch breaks?

    If it suited the employer, can you take your lunch Break at the end of a working day hence leaving early? ie Is it legal?

    AFAIK it's not, you have to take a break during your working day

    thanks Stheno, Even if it was part time hours? btw do you know how long you are entitled to for 5 hours work?
