I signed a contract to be a cover teacher for a maternity leave position last year. I have now moved and 4hr a day commute is just not possible. Anyone have experience dealing with notice period for etbs?

In my etb, it's generally one week notice for a mat leave.

One week for maternity leave in my ETB also. Have you a contract?

It should be in your contract. Ring the ETB in question if you can't find your copy and ask them to email/fax/mail you a copy
