Recommendation for Solicitor and structural survey in Wexford

Hi, I am in the process of buying a house and would appreciate a recommendation for a good solicitor in Wexford town? Also, we need to get a structural survey done on the house, and so would appreciate a recommendation on this too. Please PM me. Thanks in advance

I found John Mullins excellent as a structural surveyor. Can't remember who I used as a solicitor.
