What sort of money is good land making without maps this year?

Any major difference to last year?

    Stupid money!
Was talking to a lad wit a bit near where I rent, This has maps but is hilly, some rough and dry with old pasture and most you can't cut for silage due to slope, rock furze etc.

Its no ranch either only about 11 acres, no pen no fencing..

So after all that I taught it would go for small money

On conacre-wouldnt give a long term lease

    E235/acre it made

When does conacre normally run from? 1st March to 1st Nov is it?

And how bishop normally done? Through an auctioneer, or how does it work?

Sorry for the amateur questions, but know nothing about this, but I think it could be an option for me.

conacre is normally a 11 month contract but that all depends on when the landlord releases the land for renting. I have heard of land going for as much as 325 an acre not sure if the maps were with it or not.
The post 2015 dairy boom is effecting land prices drastically.

surley cheap grain is much better value than expensive land, add in all the hassle of dealing with hungry landlords and I would prefer to be concrete farming anyday and easier on the pocket

good land is bad value over €200 an acre IMV

Hard to feed animals on grain alone though bob. The grass has to come from somewhere...
