    Hi

just wondering if anyone else encounters any issues with the picture quality on C4, E4 and Film 4 channels.

we encounter a lot of freezing and pixelating on ours.

we have no issues with any other channels so I've no idea what it could be.

surely if all our other channels are okay, the dish would be correctly aligned.

    cheers,
    mr edge.

What are the strength/quality on the signal test on your box?

Have you a wireless telephone beside the sky box?

Cordless phone? Known to cause issues with that channel group.

Could very well be the wireless phone. I'll check it out over the next few days.

    Thanks everyone!

Would a wireless router have the same effect?

It's the phone if there is one near the box.
I had the problem myself a few years back.
