Hi folks,

I am considering the possibility of making a career switch from digital marketing consulting to recruitment consultancy (specialising in marketing, naturally enough). I like the sounds of the industry as I love interacting with people, meeting new people and reaching goals / targets (although I have never had a straight sales role).

Would love to hear from people with experience of the industry, or who may be recruitment consultants themselves. Do you like the role, what do you like / dislike about it, pay and conditions, etc?
