I'm 25 year old guitarist living in Tralee and looking for serious musicians to form a band with.
My ideal sound for the band would be turbo-driven rock n' roll in the vein of AC/DC mixed with Country & Celtic influences.

I've been playing guitar since 1998, have played over 100 shows total (including shows in Ireland, USA, Finland, Russia & Estonia), I have played little bit of everything from Extreme metal to Reggae, but Rock N' Roll is the genre I play the best. I've done home studio production since 2002, and studying Music Tech @ IT Tralee at the moment. I have my own gear.

Here's a mixtape of songs I've been working on for the past 6 months in my homestudio, to get a little idea of what my style is and how I write songs:

Looking for a drummer, vocalist, bassist and a guitar player who have sufficient experience both live and in studio and the will to be in a band that will go places.

If you're looking for a guy who plays local shows just for fun, I ain't the guy you're looking for. But if you're looking for a guy who wants to be in a band that'll tour big stages around the world someday, I'm your guy.

If the description fits and you're interested, do not hesitate to PM me! I'll check the site multiple times a day.

    Peace out,

    Ron

Hi Ron some great pieces on your mix tape!! If I was around Tralee it would be great to jam. Pity! Check out Jason and the Scorchers http://youtu.be/4p3xi8WHVgs for an mighty mix of country and hard rock, my spiritual place. Been trying to get something going here in Galway in that vein, but not much luck. Also the Long Ryders and the Georgia Satellites - all late 80's and 90's, but could really kick ass. Good Luck!
