I actually have no idea for the practice sessions on the day, they are normally €30 for 3 hours best option would be to ring the office I am out in the alps so a little out of touch with events at home.

Hope you enjoyed the recent trip, the lads up there will look free you a few freestyle Heads around on the day to give tips etc
