The problem is that I have just gone and got this new xbox one to find out you can't chat to any one on 360 or play any games on live , I all had to rush back out when I found out that all my son 360 game was going to be redundant to buy new games for him so he had some think to play on Xmas day that cost me another 195 euros I fill will appointed with Microsoft at this point

The over problem is that on bf4 game on the xbox one keeps playing up he can't get into a game keep kicking him out and then he can't play on line for hours this is joke at 500 euro a go and can't play the game at 65 euros ago

So you basically bought an xbox one without checking ANY of the specs or features, a quick google would have told you none of the old 360 games were compatible. And also, the BF4 issue is common on PS4 too, it's nothing to do with Microsoft, it's EA.

So just to summarise, you foolishly bought an xbox one not knowing what you were buying, rang Microsoft with a bunch of complaints that really had nothing to do with them, especially the BF4 one, and expected them to give you two 65 euro games for free.

Ms have never once claimed that the One would be backwards compatible and from the moment they announced it they have said it would not be, so that is your own fault for not checking that. Like Tyrrell said, the BF4 problems are nothing to do with MS, EA are the people you should complain to about that.

the machine was doing what is was suppose to do, if you done any research at all even just google xbox one
you would of had all the answers you needed to make a judgment of buying the console or not

Well it was his own ignorance that cost him, then he tried to project blame onto everyone but himself while giving the customer service representative a hard time. Very hard to have sympathy.
