Underfloor heating question

Hi,
I'm planning to replace lino in my bathroom with tiles but don't want cold toes! Is it possible to have underfloor heating installed in one room only alongside radiators? What would be needed to cover the wooden floorboards before the underfloor heading could be laid? Sorry, but I'm completely clueless on what's needed/possible.

Completely agree. A much better choice for a bathroom, etc. with occasional use.

hi, just wondering how this differs from the usual underfloor heating? can't seem to make it out from the websites. Is it faster heat up time, and no need for a heat pump?

its a dry system its electrical heat, there is no fluid circulation like you have in a wet system.

For a small area its grand in a standard house, but in a standard house you wouldn't want to be laying it down everywhere

I have experience installing underfloor heating, for this circumstance it is possible to buy a kit for a single room or what it was designed for was for sun rooms etc. This can be bought from uni pipe and can be bought as an extension kit, there is no need for manifold, mixing valve and seperate pump also. Give unipipe a call and they will direct you accordingly!!
