    Hi,

Have you seen 'Six Feet Under'?

I love this TV show, its sad, funny and philosophical at the same time. I have never seen another TV show like it. Its so original. What did you think of it?

Amazing.. it had definite peaks and troughs, but it was definitely consistently watchable.

And the ending is still the most satisfying ending to a TV show I've ever seen!

Six Feet Under is phenomenal. I have yet to come across another show that has effected me as much as this one has.
I recently had the pleasure of rewatching it after a two year break, it was as though I hadn't seen it before. The range of emotions that show has put me through over the years.
I learnt so much from sfu.
The ending has got to be the most perfect finale to any show I have ever seen, ever. Nothing will come close. I hope to be proved wrong, but I feel sfu was a once off phenomenon.

Coincidentally I only started watching this last night. Only on episode three but I'm struggling to get past Dexter being in it!. Should have been watching it back in the day I suppose

I found it difficult getting into Dexter, he will always be David Fisher to me ;)

It's brilliant. I love the father in it, and the mother is nuts. Only character I don't like is the brother of yer wan Brenda. He's a weird freak.

The ending is the best finish to a tv show ever.

Around 3 years since I've seen it, might resurect it again soon.

If by satisfying you mean a blubbering-mess on the couch thinking "THIS IS AMAZING", then yes, I agree.

Great show.Really moving and at the same time very funny.

The incredibly insensitive adverts in the first episode were hilarious and the finale is the best ending to a TV show I have seen.

One of the finest TV series ever. I'm giving it another few years before I go back and rewatch.

The end montage was really really well done.

10 years ago, yes. Six Feet Under was airing at the same time as The Sopranos and The Wire. Television shows that are of high quality aren't only to be appreciated within the decade they were filmed. What makes them great, is also what makes them timeless. Twin Peaks for instance... Which was filmed 24 years ago, is now a firm cult classic.

I'm sure in as much time, Breaking Bad will also be viewed as one of the great classic masterpieces of our time.
Character driven shows of high quality, simply do not age as easily as some of that other drivel that is burped onto our screens as an excuse for entertainment.

I watched about three episodes before I worked out who he was. And I'd only watched Series One of Six Feet Under the previous week.... I said to myself, what a gob$hite you are good actor he is .. :)

This sounds like a post I could have written. I feel the exact same about it.

A flawed show with one or two major mis-steps but my favourite show of all time and I can't imagine that changing anytime soon.
