Very important password forgotten - hypnosis

Is it possible that something like Hypnosis would bring to mind this password - I remember the situation and what I was doing etc. but not the password.

I did use frequently used passwords mixed but after multiple attempts at cracking it I have had no results...

    Thanks.

It's unlikely. Experiments with trying to extract memories from witnesses of accidents using hypnosis found that they confabulated - i.e. they made up details like car reg numbers. So hypnosis isn't used for this kind of thing at all anymore.

OK, thanks. It may have brought to light certain things I was swirling around in my head but not focusing on.....

Hire a hacker? Is it a device? If so a tech section/forum could be one route.

    What's the password for?

Recognition and linking are strong factors in memory.
I'd sit down and write every single password I have and just maybe it will pop up.
