GPU & Monitor Upgrade

    Hi all, I built a PC 2 years which I've added a CM Hyper EVO 212 and a SSD to just before Christmas. Have a bit more cash than expected after Christmas so I'm currently looking to get a new gpu and and a new monitor, but I have no idea what to get or where to get it from. Also wondering if theres anything else that you would recommend that I look into upgrading in the future.

    My current specs are

    Windows 7 64-bit SP1
    Intel Core i5 2500K Sandy Bridge
    8GB Corsair Vengeance DDR3
    ASUS P8P67 LE
    Sapphire Radeon HD 6870
    Samsung SSD 840 EVO 250GB
    Samsung HD 1TB

    What is your budget? Around €400
    What will be the main purpose of the computer? Gaming (BF4, Arma3, Rome2 etc)
    Do you need a monitor? Yes
    If yes, what size do you need. Not sure (never had anything bigger than a 17" before but I want something really good.
    Are you willing to try overclocking? Yes
    How can you pay? Any method
