Beef system?

    What non breeding beef system would ye recommend for small scale operations? (Less than 20 animals)
    I.e. 1. Calf to weanling
    2. Weanling to foward stores/Factory etc

    Weanling to forward store, and my advice would be not to even consider feeding for the factory

    Thanks :) What age would you sell them at? what would a decent forward store go for? I know there are variables of course
