*sorry for going on + giving you my life story***

    Okay so I'm a 21 year old female. (8st)

Basically what I want to do is tone but not lose weight

I'm skinny (always have been) and don't honestly weight that I want to lose, add to that, I don't want to end up being obsessed with pounds and calories.

The areas I want to work on are my Stomach and ass and then build my overall fitness (long term goal I want to run marathons/runs etc)

I would consider myself very active already. I have 2 dogs who are always up for a long walk/hike. and during the summer I spend alot of time gardening/fishing + cycling.

Im have quite a healthy diet I think, I rarely eat meat (used to be a vegan for a year. . my skin was defo clearer then) but then cheese on my sisters pizza got the better of me one night ;) Even now though I rarley eat meat, just dont like the taste of it. I love fish (prefer when I can catch myself) but I'm a bug fan of salmon/cod + mack.
I avoid processed foods, don't touch any bread unless its brown,
I'm like to a lot of homemade baking and from the veg I grew I have alot of sauces frozen from last year as well as lots of veg.
Chocolate is my weak point ... especially after work.

Most Days I work from 8-5 or 9:30-7.. . I dont drive (yet!!) so adding an hour on each end for lifts/buses etc

I think my biggest annoyance is sleeping pattern( or lack of) I can sleep anywhere anytime, as soon as my head hits the pillow. . or couch.
I prefer if i can get up early (6ish when i'm working at 8 (leave at 7) to give the dogs a run etc and get breakfast) Tbh though most evenings I am never i bed before 12am which Is why alot of mornings the snooze alarm is hugely taken advantage of :P)
This last week though I have actually gotten up at 6am and had 2 boiled eggs and a banana every morning and it felt great... and I wasn't starving all morning at work like usual )
I work in a bar so I'm on my feet for 9 hours or more so when I'm home if i don't walk the dogs straight away ill sit down for a second and then ban i'm Asleep on the couch! which in turn p**ses me off cos its a waste of evening in my view.

So I'm not sure where to start and how much to do of what etc

The exercises i've been looking at/thinking of are squats, skipping, I used to yoga but then it clashed with work so Im thinking of doing it again at home... also Id like to try something fun and really upbeat so to speak? Maybe spinning or boxing

Do tons of squats for your bum. There's more ab exercises than you can shake a stick at, and most of them work perfectly well, it is just a question of doing them consistently.

Eat lots more food if you don't want to lose any more weight. You've no reason to oppose losing fat while gaining muscle, though. But whatever, you won't lose weight if you eat more to compensate for increased exercise.

Some foods are more calorie dense than others. A few handfuls of nuts can cram some extra calories into you easily, while giving some extra protein, too.

I cycle commute to work, totaling about 100km a week, and I'm struggling to get enough calories into me to gain weight. I've never had a huge appetite. I can put away a big breakfast, say, but then I won't want to eat until 7pm.
