I've been doing triathlons for a few years now but I feel I've never really reached my full potential due to lack of following a training programme. My average time for a sprint triathlon is approx 1.20. Any ideas or plans out there that I could follow starting immediately!! Thanks in advance.

Most online plans are typically 12 to 16 weeks out from the event itself.

What sort of training are you doing at the moment?
How much time have you available to train?

At the moment I'm running twice a week, spinning once a week and swimming once a week. Cycling is really where I'm weakest. I have about 1-1.5 hours a day monday-friday with more flexibility and time at weekends.
