Anyone tried the Whites house honey brews , here is a link on youtube of a guy doing the honey port , looks like a good one for my maiden extract brew and the way this guy does it you don't need a chiller for the porter, here are the recipes http://www.whitehouse.gov/sites/default/files/image/wh_beer_recipe_both.pdf

I really want to do the Honey Porter, soon as I start doing Extract brewing. Was thinking of get my hands on some locally sourced honey (from a small bee keeper or that) some nice organic stuff that has no preservatives.
