Learner permit question

I'm looking to apply for my learner permit tomorrow, I went in a month ago in Waterford to apply but I was missing a form and that, so I'm applying tomorrow.

Thing is, I live just outside Waterford, in Piltown, Co Kilkenny. Will I be told I have to apply in Kilkenny? When I tried to apply the last time nothing was mentioned to me about this.

    All help appreciated.

You can apply at any NDLS office. Kilkenny, Waterford or Donegal if you see fit ;)
