Hi my head is melted.I fit a quad Lmb to my dish today.Ran one coaxial to one free to air box in Sitting room and another coaxial from other output from Lmb to Kitchen. The problem is when the box in the sitting room is plugged in and running and i go to connect the coaxial cable to other free to air box in Kitchen the ELCB on my Fuse board trips.if i disconnect the coaxial from the box in the Sitting room and then try connect to the box in the kitchen it works fine?I cant run the to boxes at the same time,if i do the power goes and the Wife gets mad.I know its something obvious im missing.Has anyone any ideas?

One of the 2 boxes has leakage fault.

But on box at a time works?Im thinking could it be the voltage coming from the two boxes to the lmb be causing it?should i turn off the voltage setting in one of the boxes?

No. As I said one of the boxes has a leakage fault. A mains leakage to the case. When they are connected together via the LNB that leakage flows to earth via the other box and trips the RCD. (ELCBs have not been used for years, I hope it is a RCD).

Sorry its Rcd.So is the the sat box shagged?Or is it the coaxial shorting it out.Plugged the sat box into a socket in my own house and it works fine.Baffled?
