Student Finance states that you can study at a certain level e.g. Level 7 and then to get the grant again you must be progressing to a higher level e.g. Level 8.

Therefore could I complete a Level 7 degree getting the grant and then apply for a Level 8 degree and get the grant again?

Judging by their rules this should be allowed but am I correct in thinking you cannot get the grant for two undergraduate degrees?? I am very confused about it all.

If you do a level 7 and then do a level 8 you are entitled to the grant. If you already have a level 8 and you want to change career path or for whatever reason you then choose to do a level 7 then you will not get a grant.

    No

If you hold a level 7 degree you can transfer to do an add on year for a level 8 but you cannot start a level degree from scratch

It was so much easier to blame it on Them. It was bleakly depressing to think that They were Us. If it was Them, then nothing was anyone's fault. If it was us, what did that make Me? After all, I'm one of Us. I must be. I've certainly never thought of myself as one of Them. No one ever thinks of themselves as one of Them. We're always one of Us. It's Them that do the bad things.
