Cheapest place to stock up on:
    -Nuts seeds
    -Herbs spices
    -Grains e.g quinoa, oats
    -Fruit and veg,
    -Vegetarian meals and meat replacements

And just grocery shopping in general?

If you know of some obscure little Chinese place that does a deal on spices share your secret here! Currently on a 25e budget a week for food max which I'm doing ok on so far but want to make the most out of it! Any suggestions much appreciated.

For e.g. I got a bag of carrots in dunnes Eyre square for 8c in December they were to go off the next day but I just blanched and froze them and their now good for curries, soups or whatever. Dunnes and Joyce's knocknacarra do this from time to time so their 2 good places to keep an eye on if your stuck.
