burned black bulb was impurities in the bulb or the gas leaked out and air got in. Just replace the bulb

You said holder is lose is it parking bulb or headlight ?

The electrical connections need to be good or you'll be forever dealing with intermittent lights and blown bulbs.

When replacing headlight bulb don't handle the glass part because grease (finger prints) will burn on to the bulb and shorten its life.

I dont like the clip and bulb holder on headlamp
The clip is finicky and holder tab recess is shallow making it difficult to fit bulb in correct alignment. I had difficulty fitting head light bulbs myself in one of these and out of frustration took off the headlamp so I could seat the bulb in correctly attach spring and refit headlamp.
If you get it wrong the spring clip is a little more difficult to close and the beam pattern is wrong because the tab on bulb didn't line up with headlamp holder recess so bulb is at a angle.
