    hi guys

i have a 2002 307 and am having a hard time diagnosing an intermittent problem, first the car will start then i will drive it for a bit and shut it off go to the shop 2mins laters its dead the lights on the dash light up but nothing out of it at all not even the tell tale sign of the battery dead with the clicking, it wont go on a jump but will on a push then i might come out and it will start up no problem so changed the starter and the problem still the same , i checked the alt and it not charging at all but would this be intermittent ??? and would it cause the symptoms mentioned ???

    thanks for looking

I'd be taking a look at the main earth from the battery. Probably going to the gearbox. Remove and clean it with sandpaper.

Not too sure if you need to remove battery cage in that car. Take a look at the negative lead at the battery and follow it down to where it is connected.
Of course the battery itself could be faulty.
