    T&Cs on the page state the following:

    To purchase music from the Amazon.co.uk MP3 Store, you must be physically located in the UK, have an Amazon.co.uk account, a UK billing address and a payment method issued by a UK bank.

    It is just a digital code and my account credited instantly, I can assure you that I am not physically located in the UK and I do not have a payment method issued by a UK bank :)

    I have used similar promotional codes before and never had a problem, the only thing to worry is that it says limited quantity available for the codes and voucher will expire if not used by 11:59pm on 15th January 2014.
