Just wondering if anybody could recommend a good exercise DVD for toning up the body. My girlfriend has lost a stone and is now down to her ideal weight. She work's long hours so it was mostly down to changing her diet. She wants to maintain her weight but tone up a bit. Could anybody recommend any exercise dvd's for this like i said she works long hours so gym is not really ideal.

There's a lot of facebook groups with videos of exercises etc and they've got great communities.

There's a free RevFit one at the moment.

Hey Nuts :) That's really good of you to help her out! I just started this 30day shred dvd. IT's even online on youtube. By all fairness it's absolutely exhausting but people say to stick with it ..I'm on day two and I already see toning results. :) The woman who does it is the guru from the biggest looser in the U.S. Good luck:)

Insanity and p90x are fairly decent and can be gotten for free from some online sites (not that I've done it myself!!)
