Frickin powertap (pro) is giving me grief. I used it all last year, was great, no issues, then coming into the winter its reliability took a bit of a nose dive, so it's been back to the shop a number of times now and a number of different batteries inserted but it's not 100% since. It'll connect and work normally for abotu 20 minutes and then just.... stop. It seems to stop actually transmitting because the garmin (multiple garmins, so it's not that) says "sensor not present".

A right pain to be sending it out of the country for a fix, surely there must be someone round these parts that has half an idea of how to troubleshoot em?

I had the same problem and replaced the battery holder and it was fine after that. Think it was only about 10 quid so at least worth a try.
