Some browsers support it. Have a look on the play store at Puffin, Boat, etc, pretty sure there are a couple that run flash. Sorry I can't think of which specific ones off the top of my head. Maybe that's not exactly what you're looking for, but thought I'd share it anyway.

Mozilla Firefox supports Flashplayer. You can then get Adobe Flashplayer at the following location, under the heading "Flash Player for Android 4.0 archives". I can't remember which version you need though. It is usually one of the older versions. I'm sure you'll find it quickly if you google it or on xda developers as linked to in someone elses reply above.

If your Nexus 7 has kitkat forget it. With the kitkat update Google removed the system api that allowed the flash player to work . With 4.3 and under it is possible to get flash working getting using the steps above.

Edited My bad, I have a Nexus 10 that was updated to kitkat and flash stopped working and I did my research back then that api from the system was removed. I just read the link from Ionised that it is now possible to get around that. I see there is now another apk released. I'll go test it out on my N10 later.

Interesting, my gf hasn't complained since she updated her Nexus 2012 to 4.4.2. Flash websites were working fine. Must check if it's still working.

Tried this recently with dolphin and kitkat on my Nexus 7. It wouldn't work as the adobe version on the website i was trying to connect to was greater than 11.3. :(

Go to Dolphin settings and set the flash player option on
