    Hi rob_satellites

    Thank you for your post.

A Standing Order from Bank of Ireland to AIB takes 1 working day only.

As the 22nd December fell on a Sunday (a non banking day) the payment will leave us on Monday 23rd and will arrive on 24th December with AIB.

If the payment was coming from your Bank of Ireland account to AIB you can contact your branch by phone for further assistance. A representative will be happy to help.

Contact details for our branches can be found here

If the payment was being transferred from a customer of ours, they can follow the same steps above.

I hope this information helps. If you have any further questions please let us know.

    Thanks
    Alison
