    Boardies,

we've come to the end of our 18th year in Belfast and we would like to thank all our Boardie Friends & Customers for your support in 2013, especially if you had to queue in the cold on the 26th for the first day of the sale, or if we kept you waiting on the phone because the shop was busy.

We do know we are far from perfect and we do make mistakes but our team really do try and they are committed to managing your queries, solving any issues, offering informed and ethical advice and hopefully enhancing your listening and viewing pleasure.

I'd like to thank our team as well - I know many of you know them but Ursula, Kenny, Dave, Chris, Ciarán, George, Stephen, David, Nathan, Paul & Ryan have worked their socks off this year.

We have made lots of changes to the Belfast store this year - the Dem room is the major enhancement of course, and in 2014 we will keep improving the store - do try to get to see us if you haven't made the trip yet ( tell us youre a Boardie and we will always give you a free RS mug & we will pay your parking!)

Belfast is a great city and there is lots to do and great places to visit and eat - have a look here:
http://visit-belfast.com/ and if you are coming up and need directons, or any assistance at all just drop us a line.

Thats it for 2013 - thanks to the Ritz for his independant mentoring of the forum and most of all thank you for the business - it really is very much appreciated,

    ATVB,

    John Mc & Crew
