Cleaning fridge door...

I'm hoping people don't think I'm an idiot posting this but my fridge door is driving me mad. Please see picture attached. When the sun shines into the kitchen it looks so dirty and scratchy. It's only one year old. If I attempt cleaning it only looks worse.

Has anyone any advice on what I should use to on the door, please help or I'll just need to buy a good set of blackout blinds for the windows

I wonder if that scratch remover stuff you can get for cars would help?

Glaring sunshine reflecting on shiny surfaces can show up the smallest of imperfections on items such as that which are in everyday use. Its likely not a lot can be done about it.
