VHI Cardiac FPP Level 2 whats are they?

Hi
Im trying to sort out lower health insurance cover before the new year for my mother - current renewal quote cost is in excess of 4K so Im trying to get a lower plan around 3K and I cannot figure out what FPP (Fixed Price Procedures) Level 2 Cardiac are?

Ive been onto VHI twice and got nowhere - can anyone help me out please? Im looking at changing her to company plan exec, she wont leave VHI but I noticed it has partial cover for FPP Cardiac Level 2 - whatever that is - she is in her 70s so cardiac would be important - anyone out there know what this is?

It refers to just one cardiac procedure, below link explains more:

Hi thank you so much for that link - Its very strange that they just pick one particular procedure - I will discuss this with her in the morning but think we will go with the Company Plan Executive and take the chance on that procedure.

No probs! Not sure why its just the one but maybe as new procedures are introduced in medicine they might be added as time goes on! Think that procedure is fairly recent. Hopefully you will never need it anyway

Just spoke to VHI, now there are two Level 2 Cardiac FPPs -- TAVI (mentioned in the above posts) and also LAA occlusion, please check Wikipedia/Google for the details.
