Selling Macbook Pro for parts?

    Spilled water on a MacBook Pro before Xmas.
    Logic board is fecked but screen, hardrive etc all fine.

    Cost was going to be 800 odd quid to refurbish so I didn't bother, but my question is, would I be able to sell it for parts at all, or is there any point?

    If so, where would be best?

    Not too technical myself so no idea how to take it apart, would ideally like to get rid of it all in one go.
