does any one have any ideas on the D.R.N through the new bankruptcy rules is it a good idea for anyone with debt under 20.000 euro the sum that your supposed to live on doesn't seem logical and what happens if you become employed while you apply if so what happens any ideas ??????

There are some real life stories of people currently going through the process on other sites.

You can down load the full details on the Mabs site or call them.

If you get an increase in income while under the dnr, your credits get a percentage.

The main delays seem to be with the lack of proper document keeping with both creditors and debtors.
