    Hi there,

May you please suggest some fruit or other contents to add into a smoothie in the morning for a boost?.

    e.g:
    - Milk
    - x3 Banana
    - 1 Orange
    - Pineapple
    - Other

May you please suggest?, Thank You.

My morning smoothie is the following:

    0.5 litre Homemade milk kefir
    1 Egg
    1 Banana
    Honey to taste

It keeps me going for 4-6 hrs and is quick and easy to make. The kefir is a great probotitic.

the above has a lot of sugar from the fruit, a better alternative would be

    water
    peanut butter 100g
    frozen berries 30g
    protein powder 30g (optional)

    and sip a coffee afterwards.

As mentioned there is a lot of sugar in your recipe which leave you hungry soon after. You could think about changing as suggested above or added more fibre. If weight management is one of your goals I would avoid this for breakfast.

Back to the boost, you could add cacao powder or coffee.

A lot of sugar there! I would limit banana consumption if weight loss is primary goal. My usual breakfast is eggs but occasionally I bring a smoothie in the car to work. My usual one is scoop of protein powder, wheatgrass, coconut oil, coconut milk and frozen blueberries with some icecubes.
