Hi folks

I was up around Merrion Sq a while back and came across an artist who painted the most stunning seascapes; very dark and stormy with fantastic detail. Anyway I have lost his/her card and was hoping someone might be able to advise me as to who this might be? From what I remember, all their paintings followed a similar theme.
