I have three big defenders anyway - Mert, Coleman and Terry.

The only mid I have that I'd probably change is Cabaye.

Then I just need to get Aguero in for Rooney.

I reckon I'll see if I can afford Boruc/Mannone and have a look at their fixtures later.

just had a look at it again there as I strongly considered it for my wildcard last week. After they play each other next week they are either both at home or both away. Apart from gw 33 when your choice is city away or spurs away you will be reasonably confident of a clean sheet. The reason I veered away from it there are lots of weeks where both look like they can keep a clean sheet a nice problem to have but bound to cause you some heartache e.g gw 25 stoke at home or hull at home. The other reason was by going davis instead of mannone I saved an extra .5 which I badly needed and I also wanted bardsley as I see him getting a couple of goals.

    Lads Azpil or Kolorov?

Kolorov. That LB position seems to his to lose now. He is also more likely to assist and score. Richards is back now so keep that in mind.

I think Ivanovic will take Azpil's place once he's fit again.

The late wildcard has worked out very well for rory

I wouldn't say very well, but I think it was the right decision whatever happens. I have the team I want for the second half of the season, and Lallana has almost certainly outscored Cabaye, and Yaya will hopefully outscore Nasri. Only sore point was my goalkeeper situation (again!) - as soon as I get rid of Howard he keeps a clean sheet :(

Only 20 points behind you now!

That is a great looking team! Only thing id worry slightly about is Kolorov being nailed on for a spot in the team each week but a really solid team actually has me thinking 3 5 2 might be the way to go now that i see it!

Best team I've probably seen , maybe januzaj for Eriksen

McNaughton and Fryatt don't play. You basically have 1 sub, Chester. Good luck!

I guess because you are in 500k your team value is a bit low, I was able to create the same team with over £1m to spare. Shows why team value is important in the second half of the season!

This is all I could see when I saw that team, an accident waiting to happen.

Someone suggested getting Januzaj, if you did that it would allow you to have a decent starting third striker and a defender who may prove valuable when Kolarov is inevitably left out from time to time.

I'm sure you'll see sense, that is not a team i'd be happy going forward with, sorry:o

You tell him! Sure Eriksen scored 8 points yesterday, Januzaj only managed 3, anyone with half a brain would tell you that Januzaj is obviously rubbish while Eriksen is the new Johan Cruyff:rolleyes:

I agree, if your struggling for money for your 4th mid (or 5th if playing 352) Januzaj is the standout choice.

Get rid of Boruc for Davis and upgrade Fryatt to JRod if you have the funds. Your starting 11 is fine but if you have any injuries or rotation problems you're fooked!

Why would I do that? Boruc is fit again so Davis won't play

I know it's off topic but does anyone know if you can attach pics from iPad? Just want opinion on my squad so far!

I just can't see past playing 3 up front myself. I know midfielders are retuning more recently, but I'd still want 3 big strikers in my team.

    Wildcard Activated!

To start before tonights possible rises, the first of two targets.

Cabaye out, Januzaj in, and the glamour move of Davies out, Chester in.

    More to follow.

Right lads pulled WC trigger last night, wouldn't have near team value of legends such as Mint Sauce,Lemlin, and any other legends;)....My long term successes have been Coleman and Cabaye but I think Cabayes best days behind him this year.
    Current pick-
    Mannone. Mc Gregor
Coleman. Cahill Koscielny Clyne Ward (Joel)
Eriksen Lallana Cabaye Y Toure Januzaj
    Aguero. Adebayor Suarez
Leave me 0.5 m to upgrade to likes of Ramsey in time.

Am looking at alternative team of
    Same two keepers
    Coleman Cahill Kos Kolorov Ward
    Eriksen Lallana Cabaye Silva Januzaj
    Aguero Ade Suarez
Leaves me 0.4 m in bank.
Naturally Aguero will only go in if fit.

So which side would ye go with?....I can see Southampton improve with Boruc back....is it too much to have 3 from City?...would likes of Oscar be a better midfielder than Silva.
PS- usually play 4-3-3 or 3-4-3.
    Appreciate yere wisdom.....
    Thanks.

^^ Your midfield looks a bit weak. You've no Arsenal coverage either. Maybe downgrade your defence or Ade(to JRod maybe) and get in Ozil. Or get in Ramsey and hope he plays next weekend.

Wildcard has been activated. Would really appreciate opinions on this team. Will more than likely be changed come next GW.

I've been thinking Navas could be a good differential now that Nasri's out for a while. He will more than likely slot in on the wing in his place. I'm worried about Lukaku too. He could explode at any time, no less against his former club West Brom next weekend. I'm a little uncomfortable having Adebayor in my team, I don't rate him to be honest.

Having no Arsenal defensive coverage is also a worry.

    You have Sagna?

I'm considering going with the SAS up front. Although it will weaken other areas of my team, I think Sturridge will bring in more points than Lukaku for the rest of the season.
It's a big move for me to get rid of Lukaku since I got at 7.4 the day he joined Everton, he'll only sell for 8.1 so I won't be bringing him back once he's gone. I'm not sure if it's the way to go or not.

I'd keep Sagna over Kolarov, more favourable fixtures, and don't think City defence is as reliable as some peopel would like to think.

Also, having 3 from players from City and 1 from Arsenal would be a bit much I think.

    Sagna it is.

Sagna. It's not even close. Look at their fixtures compared to City's, I've doubled up on Arsenal defenders. I don't think Kolorov is even guaranteed gametime?
