Guitarist seeking jamming partners in Dublin

    Hi, I'd like to get a regular jamming group going, playing covers and jamming until we can hammer out a sound we can settle on, then see where we go from there.

    Ideally I'd like to find a drummer/bass player, but another guitarist or a keys player would be cool as well.

    Genre's I'm into are mainly Classic Rock, Stoner Rock and Doom/Stoner/Thrash and Old School Metal, but also Blues and Folk and a small bit of Jazz and Funk. Essentially anything that's not pop or indie is good.

    About 11 years, I'm 27. Haven't had any gigging experience though, never really been able to jam with people long enough due to moving around and college/work commitments.

    My name is Degs, I am primarily a rhythm guitarist but I have been playing a lot of bass recently so I would be happy to play either. I am 24 and I have some gigging experience. Same sort of influences so I think it would be cool to jam. I am based in North Dublin Glasnevin area. Let me know if you are interested and serious about jamming dude!

    Sure, would you mind playing bass? Do you have a place to jam? There are a lot of families in my apt building so my place isn't ideal, even without a drummer.

    Of course not, I love playing Bass. I'll jump on guitar from time to time too when we are just jamming. What age are you man anyway? It could be possible to jam in mine. You have any particular time frame for when you wanna get this jam session going dude?

    I'm 27, any time on Saturdays and early on Sundays (I'd need to finish before 4) would be ideal as I work during the week.
