House sitting in Wexford

I am moving to Co. Wexford and would be willing to "house sit" a property for an owner in return to reduced rent for 6 - 12 months. Need a bungalow (bad knee so cannot manage stairs) + 2/3 bedrooms with central heating. Excellent references. Professional person.

does it need to be wexford? or where else would you consider?
