Guys your toughts on di2 those of you who have used it or would like to use it etc.... As its starting to drop in price .. It will probably become the norm ... I have it on one off my bike and due to fit it to another .. I have fitted it at a more affordable price than you might think..

I'm trying to upgrade but finding it hard to justify .So trying to sell a few bits .If they don't sell I wont upgrade. How affordable did you upgrade for?

Cost wise... If you know what your doing with a few wise eBay buys
    Shifters .. €180
    Shifter module €60
    Front derailleur. €100
    Rear derailleur €130
    Cabling €70
Battery made my own internal seat post battery .. Cost €80

Do the Maths and €620...... So the price of an 11 speed.. Set up ...

I could reduce the cost more by finding the right two core wire from radionics ..

And getting rid of the internal connector ...
Once the firmware is updated you can configure for multi shifts ...
It is super smooth shifts that once set up never changes

I have updated the firmware on one my bikes... The tt bike is next .. In the process of putting the parts together .....

In my experience most LBS don't know much about the whole di2 thing and especially E tube .. Software .. There way behind ... So if you need to know anything about it I am your man ...
Oh and it's not by chance I know a little bit about it .. It's what I do for a living making parts of machines talk to one another electronically with different protocols. So the di2 is a piece of P**s

Not sure why you are asking if you're such a big fan, surely your own opinion is all that matters.

Have it on my road bike. Love it. Others concerns with it don't bother me, never had an issue with it
