    I think officially Kilometres per hour is symboled as KMH

    It's not MPH.

    There's usually one answer every year to trip people up, it looks like this is the one this year. I went for KPH but I could be completely wrong, kmh uses a symbol / which makes it km/h and it doesn't look right on the crossword grid imo.
