Timber gates. need to know

Looking to know what type of timber should i buy to make a set of gates for the entrance of my site. Im near sure the gate opening is 5m(will have to double check). Im wanting to make gates similar to the ones below only mine will be alot bigger in height. I also want to put a motor on them so they can open and close…
