    A horse from my notebook runs today - Crazy Chester in the 2.10 at Bangor. It went into my notebook when I saw it given a quiet ride to finish third in a point. It went on to win a point and then ran in a bumper where 2 miles on good ground was much too sharp. 2m 4f on soft will be much more suitable today. The main question is how fit it will be after a break but, at 25-1, if it is straight it should give a good account.

    Catimini at 10-1 in nov hrdle at thurles looks big to me , particularly with sexton claiming , thought the front two v opposable particularly dreapers

    Los Amigos in the 2.20 @ Thurles. Got word for it last night. No great price (5/2 or 9/4) but it's expected to win.

    Nassau Storm 2.30 Lingfield.The value has now gone as I have backed him at 4/1 but he looks a good thing.Bill Knights runner has had a couple of quite runs and with the excellent Jin Crowley booked again he will take some stopping,NAP.

    Strictly Silca (7/1) in the 2-30 Lingfield.

    Finally showed a bit of form again last time out when winning rather cosily over a mile at this track. If you look back to his two year old days he has some really good form. 2nd to Toronado beaten 2 lgts and 4th to Just the Judge beaten 3.5 lgts. Anything approaching that level should see him winning this
