Just a quick question , how does post pay eflow tag works. If register visa debit card, how they take money off card? Every time pass toll, or once in week or so?

when they take money off ? in that time when it was created, or you may specify in which dates they may take off money ? or there is particular date for all eflow post pay costumers ?

Mine is different to that, it credits the account with 36 and every time that is used up it puts on another 36. So it depends how often I use the tolls.

You have a "pay upfront" option, if you select Bill me later (dunno what it is actually called) there is no need for the upfront payment and the monthly bill comes out of your account (credit card ;) ) around the 21st of the month.

    Hi Mar4ix,

There are two different account payment options with eFlow, the first is a post paid option. This is where every journey in a calendar month is registered to the account, an invoice is issued at the beginning of the next month, then after the 12th the payment method on the account will be automatically debited. The payment method linked to an account can be a Debit card, Credit card or Direct debit details.

The second account option is a pre paid option. When a pre paid account is set up an initial credit of 40e will be debited from the payment method linked to the account (again either Debit card, Credit card or Direct debit details). Every time a trip is made it will be deducted from your account credit, when the credit drops below 12e a top up will automatically be taken from the payment method.

I hope this answers your questions, if you have any other queries please don’t hesitate to ask.

    Happy Christmas,
    Maureen
