    I want to give it a go. The effort isn't so much an issue as the space (I live in a small house) How much space do you need exactly?

    A yoga mat sized bit of space. Enough room to lie on the floor and do some jumping jacks.

    I live in a very small house too. I put it on my iPad and do it out the back. you probably need a 10' x 4' space with enough head clearance for jumps and a floor that won't buckle or injure. I don't have that inside.
