Cars are slower than bikes -here's why

Just saw this article, and popped the numbers into excel and sure enough it works out. Anoth er way of looking at it is how much do I get paid to cycle:
Cycling speed 25 kmh
Time to cycle 480
Additional travelling time 240
Hourly pay rate for cycling 26
