Grabone - terrible customer service

    I ordered a chopping board on the 14 November through the Grabone website - it was not a coupon purchase- when I emailed for an update this is the reply on 10 December:

    "Hi Lisa,

    Thanks your for your reply.

    I have just checked with the courier. While your order has been assigned a tracking number. They await some more of these to come into stock. This should be over the coming days"

    This makes no sense to me, I emailed again for further clarification but still no reply, I have sent an email for the attention of a supervisor or manager but still no reply.

    They don't answer the phone - I think i will contact the National Consumer agency today to complain them - has anyone else had problems or is it just me ?

    Anyone know if the Grabone refer a friend scheme is still going? I can't find a link for it
