Clearly for the courts to decide. Interestingly in the cricket in Australia the other day they mentioned the penalty for invading the pitch was 1 year in jail plus a fine of up to $10k. I suspect that encourages spectators to be a bit more compliant over there...

Shouldn't get a penny. I have never been to a match, weather it be a local/regional/national ground, for soccer/rugby/GAA, where they have not requested spectators to enter the playing area.
